John Stothers

John’s ongoing journey following Jesus has led him and his family into some unique venues and adventures, but most of all John has enjoyed taking part in leading people into worship, across all their diverse heart-languages. He and his wife Sandy have two sons, Caleb and Rawlin, both in their 20s. Most recently John has served as Director of Worship and the Arts at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, CA. He is the host of a monthly artists gathering called Bak Haus, a 20-year ongoing dialogue among men interested in discussing art, God, and “the journey."

Hugh Ross

Former Caltech astronomer Dr. Hugh Ross leads a ministry to “thinkers”—and to those who care about reaching “thinkers” for Christ—called Reasons to Believe (RTB), www.reasons.org. Based here in Southern California, Hugh and his team of scholars write books, host a vast web site, and engage directly with audiences across North America and around the world, showing that reason and science, including the very latest discoveries, support (rather than erode) personal faith in Jesus Christ and trust in His Word. They present a compelling case for Christianity without applying pressure, an approach for which they are widely known and valued. Because they treat people’s questions and comments with respect, they are in great demand as speakers and media interview guests, as well.
