We start with a couple of disclaimers. First, it is highly unlikely that we will find any potential candidate for our next Senior Pastor who fits exactly all of the criteria, but we are looking for someone who closely resembles the kind of person described below. Who is a visionary leader, gifted in influencing others to follow and fulfill the church’s vision.
