Anytime we go anywhere off campus we make sure that we have a parent consent form on hand for each of our students.  We have even been known to not take somoene on a trip if we don't have one of these on file.  You used to have to pick one of these babies up in the Teen Center but NOW you can click the link and print them up at home!  WOO-HOO!  How bout that?

If you are interested in volunteering with the Youth Ministry Department at SMCC the first thing you must do is contact Gavin Ortlund by emailing (gavin@smccnet.org) or calling (626-355-3566 x.327) to express your interest.  The next thing you must do is download a volunteer leader application, print it up, fill it out, and mail it in or personally hand it to Gavin.  After that an interview will be scheduled with Gavin.  Any questions, just email or call Gavin at the address or number listed above.  Thanks for reading.
