Executive Administrative Assistant
Pat’s role as Executive Assistant involves support for the senior pastor and the leadership of SMCC. She also manages the office and oversees the administrative staff.
She is married to her loving husband, and has 3 amazing adult children and 6 awesome grandchildren. She loves spending her free time with the family, which includes her dog. She enjoys golfing, sports, knitting and music. She delights in developing relationships, helping and encouraging others, especially as it pertains to reliance on the Lord.
Alvar has attended SMCC since the early eighties, and since 2007 has had the pleasure of serving on staff helping to support other SMCC ministries. He is responsible for overseeing the church buildings and grounds, and along with his staff appreciates the support of many church volunteers. Alvar met his wife Stacy at the annual Christmas Candlelight Walk, and together they have three adult children.

I make sure the bills and employees are paid and the financial reports are done in a timely manner. I love making sure that the finance processes are followed accordingly and enjoy supporting the church and members. I have been married for 27 years and have one son. In my spare time, I enjoy singing, hiking and scrapbooking. I strongly believe in a daily walk with my Lord and ask for his guidance in my life and familys, and pray that Christ’s love overflow to others.
Regina assists the Children's and Worship Ministries and in the day-to-day staff operations. She also prepares/produces the weekly bulletin and maintains/updates the church website. Regina is married to a loving husband and has a wonderful stepson. They enjoy attending music concerts whenever they can, and enjoy the beach and ski resorts in Southern California. She also loves to stay fit with yoga. Witnessing God’s works in each and every volunteer, worker, staff and church member in SMCC has continuously inspired her. She sees their passion and dedication in Christ as they utilize their own special gifts, serving each other and the community in Jesus’ name.
Jeremiah has been at SMCC in some capacity since 2009. Initially a member of the college group, he joined the SMCC’s staff in 2012. He is honored to be able to serve God by serving the church in his background role as a custodian. Jeremiah also holds a BA in History from APU, where he was a member of the Men’s Chorale, and is currently writing several History books
